  • SIGN UP FOR DEAL ALERTS

    We will send you any deals we have right now to your inbox! Sign up on our deal alerts list to get notified as soon as a new deal becomes available. You’ll want to jump on it quick!

  • VIEWING

    Send us an email, text message, or even a phone call to setup a time to see the property. Some homes are easier to view than others, but we will do our best to get you inside!

  • DUE DILIGENCE

    Bring your contractor, your inspector, or even your dad! Review the property with whoever needs to help you make your decision about buying it and do your homework.

  • COMMIT TO PURCHASE

    We want you to be 100% sure you are ready to purchase! Give us a call with any questions you may have and when you are ready to commit, we will send you a contract to sign electronically.

  • EARNEST MONEY

    All properties require a minimum of $1,500 EMD to be wired into escrow within 24 hours of signing a purchase contract.  Please request wire instructions as not all properties close with the same title company.

  • WE WILL SCHEDULE YOUR CLOSING

    Please expect to close within 14 days of executing your purchase contract. Rarely does it take more time than this, but if it does we will let you know.
